HOW TO PREP THEM
Slice a wheel or two from the center of the lemon, then squeeze the juice from the two halves into a large glass. Throw the wheels in with the lemon-flavored H2O. Better if the water is warm and drunk on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. We also like to have a glass at hand throughout the day as it’s a great sub to sipping coffee.
